Frequently Asked Questions

How will my item(s) be posted?

Items(s) from angelKat:

We primarily post your items using Royal Mail first class post wherever possible. In some circumstances we may use another reliable courier service. During checkout you may be offered other options such as “tracked” and/or “signed for” services for better peace of mind should you wish.

All orders will be checked and packaged by hand before posting. We endeavour to make sure that every item gets to you in great condition, whether that means bagging and boarding comics, protective boxes and bubble wrap for mugs, or using far too much tape to keep everything snug.

Item(s) from our Partners/Printers:

Some of the items in our online store may be marked as being supplied by third parties outside of angelKat. These items are currently printed, stored, and shipped by trusted suppliers with their own methods and preferred couriers.

At present the angelKat store includes items supplied by Printful who use reliable couriers including; USPS, FedEx, APC, DHL, and DPD (depending on your location).

Orders may be split into multiple packages depending on size/shipping constraints – and any order that includes items supplied by angelKat AND Printful will of course be shipped separately.

We hope that this allows us to provide the best selection of items for you but we do welcome your feedback.

How soon will I receive my item(s)?

Typically we aim to post in-stock items within 2-3 working days of confirming your order and payment. This may take a little longer over bank holidays, the Christmas and New Year period, or when we’re at a convention. We’ll post an announcement on the website in the run up to Christmas with last shipping dates etc. We will contact you if there are any delays and keep you informed of any updates.

For orders within the UK, products that are in-stock shouldn’t take more than 14 working days to arrive. For international orders they may take a little longer. We will provide an estimated arrival date (and tracking information if available) to you via email as part of confirmation that your item(s) have been shipped.

Items fulfilled by Printful ship from either the EU or USA and may take a little longer to arrive. From our own tests we found that t-shirts printed/shipped from the USA to the UK arrived approximately 3 weeks from when the order was first placed. Printful will email you (and us) with tracking information but please be aware that as these items are shipped internationally you are responsible for any applicable customs fees which can cause short delays.

In the case of pre-orders, custom orders, or any other item(s) that aren’t currently in-stock: we will contact you with further information regarding when they are expected to ship.

Where do you ship?

Everywhere as far as we know… Maybe not the International Space Station, or Jupiter I guess? If you can receive post at your home, or have a local pickup/collection point – we can probably get your item(s) to you.

International shipping charges do apply and may vary based on your location. Please be aware that customers are responsible for paying any customs fees which may be applicable.

My item(s) arrived but are damaged or there’s a mistake with my order – what should I do?

Sometimes the postal system can be a little rough on packages and the worst happens: a shattered mug, a book that’s been left in a puddle, you get the picture I’m sure. For the most part you’d follow the same process as described later on this page for a return but with one major difference: we probably don’t need mug shards or a former-book-now-watery mess back.

So instead you’d follow this process;

  • As soon as you receive the item, send us an e-mail ( sales@angelk.at ), containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a details of which item(s) were damaged. Please attach two or more photos of the item to the email so that we can see the damage.
  • We will then email you back to discuss possible solutions to the issue with you to find out what you’d prefer, what’s possible, etc.
  • Typically this may mean a full refund, or if we still have that item in-stock we may be able to provide a replacement.
  • If the damage is particularly minor we may request that you return the item as per the regular return policy below.

For items that have been received in error, or that you’ve simply changed your mind. We can provide a full refund but would expect you to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and once confirmed we’d request that you return the item in good condition as per our instructions before a refund is issued. In these cases please refer to the return policy below.

Please note: this doesn’t apply to items shipped directly from Printful or one of our other suppliers. In those cases you should receive a return address and information in your parcel – if this isn’t the case or you need assistance please do get in touch and we’ll do what we can to assist you.

Note: Allergies…

Whilst every effort is made to store and process our products for your orders cleanly and safely, please be aware that we operate primarily from our home. We have pets (a cat and a dog), we prepare and consume food, and generally live here. As such it’s not always possible to be sure that your products haven’t had some small amount of contact with fur.

We do our best to minimise this through proper storage, hygiene practices, and cleaning the house daily. However, we recommend everyone to clean items when you receive them if possible (mugs for instance) just in case, and feel that it’s important to warn customers who may have a severe allergy.

Terms & Conditions

Overview

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms & Condistions”) apply when you (“Customer” or “you”) place an order from angelKat Entertainment (“Seller”, “us” or “we”) on www.angelk.at (the “website”).

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site, and that you will comply with the Terms & Conditions. You also confirm that you have read the information on personal data and cookies and approve the use of such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We sell products to multiple jurisdictions and these Terms & Conditions are set out to be global. Still, depending on the jurisdiction in which you live, mandatory law may also apply. We respect such applicable laws and nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be seen as a limitation of your mandatory statutory rights, if such laws provide greater rights for you than set out here.

Orders

When you receive an order confirmation from us your purchase order is accepted and a purchase agreement is entered into. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with us. We may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data and/or have a record for non-payment of debt.

You may withdraw your order until it has been confirmed by us. We will then refund any payment that you have made for the order.

We may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available.

All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment for them.

Privacy Policy

You are responsible for making sure that the personal data that you provide us with is correct and complete.

You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details. So make sure that you keep the login details secret and that no unauthorized persons have access to them. Let us know if you suspect that an unauthorized person have obtained access to your login details.

The angelKat website is SSL encrypted for your security and peace of mind. We also use cookies and may collect some data to help improve the website and your experience. Please see our full Privacy Policy for more information.

Prices, Fees, etc.

All prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Unless otherwise stated the prices do not include payment for shipping fees and these are given separately at checkout. Please note also that local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax, customs duty etc.) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by us.

Shipping and Delivery

Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days shown on the website. The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. You may cancel the order if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you.

Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We may also cancel the order if the delivery is not picked up in time.

For products that are currently in stock we endeavour to process and post those orders within 2-3 working days. Howevever, shipping times may be longer due to bank holidays, our convention schedules, etc. or during the Christmas and New Year period. We will place a notice on the website detailing the last shipping dates for the festive period.

Return Policy

  • You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
  • If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us via email ( sales@angelk.at ) before returning the item.
  • Unless arrangements are made with us, you will cover the cost of the return.
  • Please note that exceptions may apply for the return of certain custom-made, hygienic and other products.
  • If you have any questions, please contact us.

How to Return Items

  • If you wish to make a return, send us an e-mail ( sales@angelk.at ), containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which items that the return relates to.
  • Once we have responded to your email with confirmation, please ship the items for return within 14 days of the date of our email.
  • You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
  • If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
  • If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
  • If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.

Right to Withdrawal

You may withdraw your order by notifying us within 14 days from the day that you received the ordered products. You must then send us a withdrawal notification containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which products that the withdrawal relates to, for example by emailing us at sales@angelk.at . Once you receive confirmation from us you must then also, immediately and within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification has been accepted, return the withdrawn products to us at your expense. You are responsible for the condition of the products during the shipment back to us and we therefore strongly recommend that you send these well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.

When an order is withdrawn by you, we will refund the price that you have paid for the products withdrawn, including any shipping costs for standard delivery to you (meaning the cheapest available method of delivery so you will not get a refund for extra costs due to that you have opted for express delivery or something similar). From the amount to be refunded we will however deduct any depreciation in value of the products if such depreciation is due to that you have handled them to a greater extent than necessary to determine their function or characteristics. Shipping costs are further only refunded if the withdrawn products form a whole order and are therefore not refunded if you cancel only parts of an order. We will pay the amount to be refunded as soon as possible and within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. We will however delay the payment until we have received the withdrawn products or proof that they have been sent to us (certificate of delivery). The refund will be paid with the same payment method that you used to pay the withdrawn products unless otherwise agreed.

Your right to withdrawal does not apply to contracts which;

  • relate to a service which has been fully performed, if by placing the order you have consented to commencement of performance of the service and acknowledged that there would be no right to withdrawal after performance of the service.
  • relate to goods which have been manufactured in accordance with your specifications or which otherwise are clearly personalized.
  • relate to goods which may quickly deteriorate or expire.
  • relate to goods with a broken seal which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health or hygiene, and the seal has been broken by you.
  • relate to digital content which is supplied other than on a tangible medium, if you have expressly consented to delivery in such way and acknowledged that there would be no right to withdrawal.

Limitation of Liability

Where applicable mandatory law does not provide otherwise, our liability is limited to direct damages and under no circumstances are we liable for indirect damages such as loss of earnings etc. The seller is not liable for any damage to items resulting from general wear and tear, wilfull damage, negligence, misuse, alterations, or not following the sellers or manufacturers care instructions.

Intellectual Property Rights

The website and all its content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.

Waiver

We reserve ourselves for any image or typographical errors on the website, such as errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, inaccurate prices, or incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock. We are entitled to rectify any obvious errors and, at any time, to change or update the information on the website accordingly.

The images on the website are for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee to reproduce the exact number of products that you would receive at an order, nor the exact appearance, function, or origin of the products.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will then make the updated terms publicly available on the website.

Governing Law and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we strive to comply with any decision by the relevant national consumer protection authorities.

Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
