Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?

We're based in Tyneside, United Kingdom but we accept orders from anywhere that Royal Mail can get items to, whether that's the UK, Europe, USA, or anywhere else!

In the unlikely event that there's an issue with shipping (for instance your country really hates comics for some reason and won't let us ship them to you), we'll contact you immediately to work out a solution or to offer a refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

That very much depends on where you are and how efficient the postal system is being this week. If you're in the UK shipping will take 2-14 days, whilst for those outside of the UK shipping may take from 2 to 12 weeks.

We will make every effort to post all orders within 2 working days of receiving them, any major delays will be communicated via email and altered/rectified is necessary.

Shipping times may be a little longer over UK bank holidays and over the Christmas and New Year period - we'll post on the main angelKat sites blog and social media accounts in the run up to the festive period to make sure you're aware of the last shipping dates too!


  • Custom and Pre-Order items may take additional time to produce before they are posted. Their item descriptions should include an estimate of this delay and you will be emailed when the items are ready to be dispatched.
  • Orders placed whilst we're away exhibiting at a convention will be posted on the day following our return to the office.

Do you offer Priority/Signed For shipping?

Yes. We offer a range of shipping options at checkout including Signed For and Special delivery.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be carefully checked and packaged by hand on-site and taken to our local Post Office from where Royal Mail will whisk it away on it's journey to you. Every possible care will be taken to make sure that your product will arrive in good condition - prints and comics will be bagged and boarded, fragile items such as mugs will be packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard container, etc.

What happens if my items are damaged?

Whilst we will do our very best to get your items to you in the best possible condition sadly things do sometimes go wrong. If your items arrive damaged from their journey with Royal Mail please get in touch as soon as possible via our Returns page with details so that we can find the best solution.

Please DO NOT send items back to us via the post or throw away the items in question until we have discussed the matter and agreed on a solution.
