Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?

We're based in South Tyneside, United Kingdom and we accept orders from pretty much anywhere that Royal Mail/Parcel Force can get items to.

If we find that there's an issue with shipping (for instance your country really hates comics and won't let us ship them to you), we'll contact you immediately to work out a solution or refund.


How long will it take to receive my order?

That very much depends on where you are and how efficient the postal system is being this week. If you're in the UK shipping will take 2-14 days, whilst for those outside of the UK shipping may take from 2 to 12 weeks.

We will make every effort to post all orders within 2 days of receiving them, any major delays will be communicated via email and altered/rectified is necessary.

Exceptions;

  • Custom and Pre-Order items may take additional time to produce before they are posted. Their item descriptions should include an estimate of this delay.
  • Orders placed whilst we're away exhibiting at a convention will be posted on the day following our return to the office.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes we do. Davy is available to hire for both private and commercial projects ranging from character sketches, to full colour comics, graphic design, and more!

What is your stores return and/or exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please do NOT send us items back through the post before discussing it with us first - Contact Us via our Returns page.

Depending on our discussion we may be able to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Sadly we can't provide any of the above after 30 days of receipt. Any refunds/store credit that are agreed will only include the value of the item and will not include shipping fees.

Exchanges will be for items of equal value, if you wish to exchange the item for one of a higher value you will have to pay the difference.


How do Pre-Orders work?

If an item is listed as a 'Pre-Order' it means that those items are either part of an upcoming print run of books, or an item that is made-to-order (such as t-shirts, or customised items). In most cases there will be a date or number of days mentioned in the listing - this will be the earliest date that your item will be shipped out. You'll receive an email when your item ships.

For custom items, please add a note to your order stating your options. If we don't receive these details in your order we'll email you to request them - which may delay production of your custom item until we get a response from you.


Can I find more comics and merch from angelKat elsewhere?

Yes, you can! You can find our digital comics and art books exclusively online via our Gumroad store, and find even more clothing, household, etc. items from our Society6, Teepublic, and Redbubble stores too!


Are there more ways to support angelKat?

The best way to show your support for angelKat, our comics, and artwork is to follow us on social media (check out the links in the sidebar) and spread the word through RT's/reblogs/shares etc. - just don't forget to include our links/captions so that others can find their way back to us and join in the conversation too! We love hearing from you and generally geeking out together at conventions and online so don't be afraid to say hello!
